Kris Kringle Procession by “Celebrate Frederick”

Let’s ring in the magic of the holiday season with the 41st annual Kris Kringle Procession on Friday, December 11, 2026 from 6:30 to 8:00 PM. The procession theme is “Holiday Traditions.”

The procession starts at the corner of East Patrick and South Carroll Streets, heads west on Patrick Street, turns right onto N. Market Street, and then turns left onto W. Second Street ending at Baker Park.

You won’t miss us in the crowd. Look for the Monocacy National Battlefield Foundation banner as we proudly carry the history and heritage of Monocacy into the holiday parade. We will be marching in remembrance of those who came before us and rallying the charge to bring in the cheer of the holidays.
